The Purpose of Life
Ok after much profound thought and deliberation I finally realized what this life is ALL about!!!
First of all we are only given about 8% of our brain capacity in order to figure this out. Now that's not very much help from our brain, however we get most of our heart to help us figure this out. I mean how much can someone really get out of 8% capacity of thought right? Well for starters think about the thinkers that start out in this life. Haven't a clue, I think I know, BABIES and DOGS. What are some attributes and characteristics they have in common. Well stop guessing, it's this: they know how to have FAITH, HOPE, and LOVE!!! In several and all situations they always have FAITH, HOPE, and LOVE. Once we get that simple fact, this life will be so fulfilling and fun! Here's my formula for success: Faith Hope Love = JOY. That is our purpose, find JOY, and we will be fulfilled:) Have FAITH, have HOPE, and most of all have LOVE. Take it, hold it, and most of all believe it. This life is a blink, blink with joy:)

Juice for 4/5/12
Today's juice was very simple to make, yet very very yummy! If it was from japan, the juice's name would be called YUMI:)

This is how I made it:
2 whole apples
4-5 carrots (depending on thickness)
4-6 cubes of watermelon:)
1/2-1 inch of ginger root
1/2 bell pepper

Far INFRARED studied by NASA
The efficacy of far infrared waves is very broad and the subject of recent study by NASA. Among the infrared waves, the far infrared rays, which have a wavelength of 8-14 microns, are especially good for the human body. These waves have the potential to penetrate 1.5 to 2 inches or more into the body allowing for deep heat and raising your core body temperature from deep inside. The deep heat and far infrared is why scholars believe that the Ondol (traditional warm floor of Korea) is good for health because the materials for the Ondol are stone and earth both of which radiate far infrared waves when heated.

The far infrared rays consist of similar wavelengths as that which is emitted naturally by the human body. This is one potential explanation of why many feel energetically rejuvenated and balanced from contact with far infrared waves. 1. Detoxification and Body Cleansing
Detoxification is a bodily process that transforms health threatening toxic substances from our environment, diets, as well as our own bodies into something harmless or excreted. Sweating is the body's natural way to get rid of harmful toxins and cleansing our bodies through the skin. Study shows improvement in skin microcirculation, hydration, texture and structure
MEMPHIS, Tenn., Jan. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- A new study published in the January 2012 issue of Skin Pharmacology and Physiology* shows that the regular intake of fruit and vegetable concentrates can improve objective markers of skin health. After twelve weeks, those taking the food supplement (Juice Plus ® Orchard Blend and Juice Plus ® Garden Blend; NSA, LLC, Collierville, Tenn., USA) showed an increase in skin microcirculation, a process resulting in positive changes to the density, thickness and hydration of the skin.

Conducted in Germany by the Institute for Experimental Dermatology at the University of Witten-Herdecke, the study followed 52 middle-aged women for twelve weeks using a monocentric, double-blind placebo and randomized controlled design. Participants were given capsules of the concentrate or a placebo two times each day during the study period. Measuring skin density and thickness by ultrasound, measuring skin hydration by Corneometer® and assessing transepidermal water loss and serum analysis for carotenoids and alpha-tocopherol, scientists found that microcirculation of the skin had increased (39%) at the end of twelve weeks in the active group. They also saw increased skin hydration (9%), thickness (6%) and density (16%) among those given the concentrate. The placebo group showed a decrease in microcirculation and a slight increase in skin density.

The process of microcirculation is responsible for circulating oxygen and nutrients to the skin. As the study demonstrates, the skin benefits from an optimal supply of nutrients and oxygen to facilitate skin cell metabolism, producing what is often visible skin improvements.

The study reinforces the importance of nutrition in maintaining healthy skin. Scientists have found that nutritional deficiencies have a strong correlation with skin disorders and negative changes in skin structure. Additionally, it is known that skin density and thickness decrease naturally during the aging process.

Although it is unknown if the aging process can be counteracted by micronutrients, the study demonstrates that the intake of a fruit and vegetable-based concentrate improves markers of overall skin health.

All of these food recommendations are given with the intent for the client to purchase a blend of all of these food groups to make an exceptionally powerful and healthy diet.
